Cleaning and renewing gold jewelry is provided at no cost and with no time limit.

Exchanges and returns:

The jewelry can be replaced in its original packaging and if not used at all, within 14 days of receipt.

We will be happy to offer you another piece of jewelry in its place or a credit for future realization.

A refund will be given within two business days less a cancellation fee at a rate not to exceed 5% of the transaction price, or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
