Delivery policy and delivery time

Delivery of the product in Israel will be made in one of the following ways, at the discretion of the site owner and in coordination with the customer:
-By self-collection by prior arrangement from the studio in Tel Aviv + free parking for customers

-Fast delivery with a courier from SPEEDUSH in 1-3 business days

-Delivery by registered mail of Israel Post

-Delivery of a product outside Israel will be made via EXPRESS DHL in 4-5 business days, unless otherwise compatible with the customer

Packaging:

Each piece of jewelry comes in a designed and environmentally friendly packaging: recycled paper and cardboard, cotton, etc.
If the jewelry is intended for a gift, please indicate this in your order notes and I will add an empty greeting card.

Providing the customer’s details when ordering is not mandatory, but failure to provide details may not allow the order to be completed.
The responsibility for the correctness of the address information for delivery is on the customer.
If you provide incorrect identification information when ordering, we can not guarantee that the products will reach you. In the event that the products are returned to the site owner due to incorrect details you provided, you will be charged for the handling and shipping fees. Please be sure to fill inaccurate, complete, and up-to-date details.
Please note: If you have ordered to a business address please indicate the company name next to the customer’s name.

Cancellation of purchase before receiving the product by the customer

A purchase can be canceled within 48 hours from the date of the order and provided that it has not yet been sent to the customer, without charging a cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation of the purchase after the said period of time (whether the product is shipped or not), a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order will apply, but not less than NIS 100.
In the event that the order has already been sent to the customer, the shipping fee will not be refunded if collected and the responsibility for returning the product to the site owner will apply to the customer.
Notice of cancellation of the purchase by the customer will be made via email hadas@studiodusa.com, phone call, or message on WhatsApp on 0526619976 only.
The owner of the site reserves the right to cancel the purchase at any time, by notifying the customer via e-mail, and while providing a refund to the customer.

Defective product return

Return of a product due to a defect will be allowed within 48 hours from the date of delivery to the customer, under the following conditions:
Presentation of a receipt indicating the purchase of the product;
The product was returned in its entirety and in its original packaging;
The defect is a defect that existed in the product when it arrived at the customer and was not caused due to its use.
For the avoidance of doubt, a product that is not in its original packaging or has already been used will not be returned.

Return due to defect in the product

Return of product and credit for a reason that is not a defect in the product will be allowed within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
The product was returned in good condition, in its original packaging, without being used;
Presentation of a receipt indicating the purchase of the product.
For the avoidance of doubt, a product that is not in its original packaging or has already been used will not be returned.
When returning a product that is not due to a defect in the product, 5% of the total transaction will be deducted, but no less than NIS 100 as a cancellation fee, whichever is lower.
The shipping fee will not be refunded in case of return and the responsibility for returning the product to the site owner rests with the customer.
The right to return a product is subject to additional restrictions as stated in section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Cases where product return will not be allowed:

In any case, the return of a product prepared to order will not be permitted, including while making changes in size; Alteration of all or part of the inlaid stones; Personal engraving; Jewelry there.
